Dual paternity orders for same-sex male couples.
Successfully completed multiple embryo donations.
First gestational carrier case before MA highest court (SJC) ( Smith v. Brown, 1999 ).
Amicus briefs submitted in both traditional surrogacy and gestational carrier cases before SJC ( R.R.v.M.H, 1998 ; Culliton v. Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, 2001 ).
Massachusetts Infertility "Mandate" (Susan Crockin, as a volunteer advocate, helped draft and lobby for passage of the MA infertility insurance law and regulations, 1987-88), which is still considered the most comprehensive infertility coverage state law in the country.
